Auf Deutschland Tour mit dem „Digital Paintroller“ - eine Farbrolle welche das digitale Kunstwerk an die Wand bringt. Ähnlich wie man es von einer analogen Farbrolle kennt, wird die Projektion erst nach mehreren Streichvorgängen eine 100%-ige Deckkraft erreichen. Damit entsteht eine Haptik, die der Optik eines Fassadenanstriches ähnelt.

#whitewallproject presents GoGoPlata at Centrum Galerie Dresden

The Centrum Galerie Dresden is currently undergoing a massive conversion to become the favourite meeting place in Dresden. Therefor we find a lot of white walls inside this contemporary shopping mall owned by CORIO. White walls always yearn for paint and a design. So the creative agency CROMATICS has been asked to curate some of their best artists out of their artist portfolio and their lab PAINT CLUB. The first wall was hit by the Berlin based illustrator and comic artist Jens Tümmel aka GoGoPlata. GoGoPlata brought his brushes and Acrylpaintmarkers to work his magic onto the virgin construction walls. The result is amazing and shows his typical style with a lot of wit and humor. The brush strokes give the whole composition a very organic feel and underline the handdrawn process. Story to be continued.

Their friends call them by their lovely nickname WURSTIS, which is a short form for Wurstbande, and means as much as: BANGER. Lynn and Dennis are both born in Berlin and have raised quite some attention during the last five years. They have an amazing and steady output and have already travelled the world to spread their message across the globe. Their work has also been recognized already by big brands like Levi’s and Converse and so it was time for us to catch up with this promising art couple at Urban Spree Berlin.
